USI Huizhou Plant Starts Mass Production in December
(2021-12-01 Shanghai) The electronic product manufacturing project in USI’s Huizhou plant successfully passed the customer verification in November 2021. The verified production lines are ready to start mass production and shipment. Huizhou plant is in Xinxing Industrial Park, West District, Dayawan Economic and Technological Development Zone (ETDZ), Huizhou, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 60,000 square meters. The plant, constructed in two phases, is going to be built into a cutting-edge Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing factory.
According to the company's plan, the Huizhou plant will take over the existing visual products, intelligent electronic products and system assembly business of the Shenzhen plant in the early stage. It will gradually undertake its new business and product lines in the later stage. After the Huizhou plant starts mass production, its capacity and capability will meet the growing needs of market demand and product iteration. Furthermore, it will create an intelligent operation system as a solid foundation for USI in its near-term and long-term development in South China in terms of talent exchange, product development, customer development, and brand operations.
Huizhou plant is expected to hire about 3,000 employees by the end of 2022, contributing to the economic development, talent introduction and industrial upgrading of Huizhou Dayawan ETDZ.
