Social Overview
To measure the social value of our programs, we adapted the LBG Business for Social Impact framework and SROI methodology to effectively quantify our corporate citizenship and community investments. We hope to make better decisions, be more accountable, and maximize the effectiveness of each program. USI invested CNY 9.55 million in 102 social activities and 48 external organizations in 2024 and engaged 968 employees to volunteer 4,844 hours of service throughout the year.
