Generally speaking, his job is mainly in practice, focusing on the deep plowing of his expertise and accumulated technical experiences. Now in USI dual ladder system, he can choose either professional promotion system or managerial. In “Professional Ladder”, the engineer is able to be our “Partner” who can use past experiences and knowledge to lead product development direction, and to provide professional judgments and recommendations to the team. Therefore, by R&D investment or acquisition, USI not just look at the existing products or markets, but to see product development in technology, market share in the future, to obtain key technologies.
