USI Marks another Milestone in Global Expansion with Merger and Acquisition of Production Base in Eastern Europe
USI (SSE 601231) has announced that its whole-owned sub-subsidiary Universal Global Electronics Co., Limited entered into Equity Transfer Agreement with Chung Hong Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., intending to acquire its entire 60% stake in its Polish subsidiary Chung Hong Electronics Poland SP.Z.O.O. in Eastern Europe for RMB 78 million.
